🍫 Return & Refund Policy

At DaVinci Chocolatier, every chocolate is handcrafted with care, using high-quality ingredients and artistic attention to detail. Because of the perishable nature of our products, we have a unique return policy designed to balance freshness, food safety, and customer satisfaction.

✅ Order Accuracy Guarantee

If there is an issue with your order — wrong item, missing item, or damaged during shipping — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll make it right by:

Sending a replacement,
Offering store credit, or
Providing a refund (in rare cases)

All issues must be reported within 2 days of delivery to be eligible for resolution.

🚚 Shipping Delays or Errors

We do our best to ship orders quickly and securely. However, once an order is in the hands of the carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx), delivery delays are out of our control.

We cannot offer refunds due to:

Carrier delays
Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
Packages marked "Delivered" but not received (please check with your local post office or delivery person first)

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship it at your expense.

❄️ Warm Weather Shipping

During warmer months, orders may include ice packs and insulated packaging to help protect the chocolate from heat. However, please ensure someone is available to receive the package promptly. We are not responsible for chocolate left outside or in mailboxes that melt due to extended exposure.

🔄 Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. This helps us maintain the highest food safety standards.

💳 Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at carlos@davincichocolatier.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Orders that have already been prepared or shipped cannot be canceled or refunded.
